Indulge in a lazy brunch at Oriole Café & Bar
Let mum sleep in on Mother’s Day. Oriole Café & Bar’s latest Sunday brunch is served until 3pm, with favourites such as the Full English Breakfast ($17) which features the complete works – pork sausage, bacon, mushroom, eggs sunny-side up and toast – as well as the scrumptious Eggs Benedict ($14), a combination of honey baked ham, poached egg and hollandaise sause with English muffins.

Sip on one of Oriole’s coffee creations like Citrus Sin ($6), containing orange juice, brown sugar, clover leaf honey, vanilla, thyme, mint, star anise and cinnamon combined with a blend of chocolate, milk and an espresso shot.

Tasmanian Spring Bay Mussels at Oriole Café

Seafood lovers, take note. From 1 – 15 August, Oriole Café will be flying in live mussels twice a week from Spring Bay in Tasmania, allowing you to savour their deep-sea taste at its freshest. Order the mussels cooked in a variety of methods, such as sautéed in white wine, garlic and herbs, or cooked in a spicy Tunisan hot chilli sauce.

Date: 1 – 15 August
:  All mussel dishes are priced at $24.
